The ordinary general meeting (AGO) is a meeting. It allows the(x) manager(s) to present the annual accounts in order to have them approved by the members of the assembly. Also, it aims to make decisions on the future directions of the company, affect the financial result, etc. It must take place once a year, within six months of the end of the financial year. Members vote and debate issues on the agenda.
