Interruption of activities in the event of force majeure for the MJC

In the event that the MJC is prevented from continuing its activities due to exceptional and unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, guerre, epidemic, fire…), a refund will be studied and proposed by the board of directors of the MJC on the session(s).(s) not realized.

Cancellation of an activity by the MJC

If the number of participants is insufficient in an activity, the MJC reserves the right to cancel this activity at the latest 2 November 2026. Sessions not completed will be refunded.. The amount of the membership will be kept by the MJC.

Wednesday : It is always possible to cancel a Wednesday by warning the secretariat of the MJC, before Friday 6:00 p.m. preceding the Wednesday of absence.
In this case your registration may be postponed if you tell us the date of the postponement or the credit note..

Any absence not justified by a medical certificate provided within one week after the day of absence will be invoiced to you..

School vacation :
It is always possible to cancel a day by warning the secretariat of the MJC, one week before the day of absence.

For the practice of the activity, your child's registration is compulsory.
